Where the Facts Come From

Venue facts such as pool counts, water temperatures and rules come from each hot spring's own website first. Where a resort hides its rate behind a booking widget, the page says so and names the other source it used. Tour and ticket prices, inclusions, pickup terms, cancellation rules and review counts come from the operator's own listing on the platform that sells it, and for Viator from the platform's partner data, which also shows any mandatory extras.

Where two sources disagree, the page says so rather than picking the tidier number.

What We Do Not Do
